Connecting with a coach
A coach connection gives you access to your coach’s available plans, check-ins, and conversations. Pro eligibility depends on your subscription or participating facility offer. Marketplace coaching and NutriiStack Pro are separate subscriptions; review the offer before purchase.

Can I cancel a paid subscription?
Yes. Manage website subscriptions from billing in your account. For purchases made in the iPhone app, use Apple Account subscription settings. Canceling stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period.
Will deleting my account cancel everything?
Deleting your account cancels linked website subscriptions. It does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel that separately in your Apple Account. Read the deletion policy.
Do gym plans include Pro?
The facility offering includes Pro access for covered members and the top coach edition for facility trainers. Eligibility and activation are confirmed during onboarding. Explore gym plans.
